Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I think that it's important for patients to know a little about their Doctors, so please allow me to introduce myself. I was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1959. My family moved to south Florida when I was 13 years old. Growing up I was always interested in health, science and involved in music and sports. I was a professional musician and played drums most of my life. I continue to play them as a hobby. I was also a very competitive racquetball player, playing 3-5 hours each day and entering in as many as 3 tournaments per month. I continue to live a healthful lifestyle that incorporates what I call the five facets of Health. Proper diet, exercise, rest, positive mental attitude and proper spinal health. I've been happily married for the past 23 years to my wife Barbara and have been blessed with two incredible children, Kyle and Brittany. I'm an avid road cyclist and I'm passionate about fishing, scuba diving and snow skiing. After graduating high school and receiving an Associate of Science degree from Miami Dade Community College Medical campus, I enrolled in Logan College of Chiropractic located in St. Louis Missouri. I graduated in August of 1985. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree. After graduating chiropractic college I continued my education receiving a postgraduate degree in Applied Acupuncture. I have also demonstrated proficiency and completed a proctorship in a course of Manipulation Under Anesthesia from Texas College of Chiropractic. After completing hundreds of hours of both classroom and field work, I attained the distinction as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician as well as becoming a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. I have been in private practice in the same office for the past 25 years. Many of my patients come from word of mouth referrals. I have published papers of health interest and have been declared an Expert witness in the courts of Broward County Florida. I have been a faithful member of the Florida Chiropractic Association for the past 28 years. I'm a firm believer that "The Power that built the Body can also Heal the Body". I have made Chiropractic a Life-Style for my family as well as myself, and I'd like to invite you to do the same. I welcome the opportunity to care for you and your loved ones.
